A native of Louisiana, I have made the Triangle my home for more than 20 years now. Prior to entering the real estate profession, I enjoyed a successful career in the hospitality industry. Starting as a front desk clerk while in college, I worked my way up to General Manager. Our team consistently achieved top honors in customer service and profitability. I try to bring the same attention detail and customer driven approach to my real estate practice. I love my job! Helping people make good real estate choices is extremely rewarding. I’ve had the opportunity to intersect with their lives at a very exciting and sometimes stressful time. It is an honor to play a role in helping them through the process successfully to their best advantage. I know how important it is to my clients to know have an advocate they can depend on before, during, and after a home sale. In recent years, part of my practice has been working with investors, helping them identify distressed properties (foreclosure, etc) for “flip”. In many instances, I also managed the rehab as well so that the home would be ready to sell quickly and achieve top dollar once on the market. I know what it takes to make a home ready to sell in this market and have developed the resources and partnerships with local contractors to make it happen! My clients appreciate working with someone who can help them identify the sometimes “hidden” strengths and weakness of homes we view. From a listing perspective, I am able to help sellers identify the best way to showcase their homes for today’s market.
